Baking Industry Research Trust

The Baking Industry Research Trust (BIRT) supports research and innovation in the baking industry.

Its activities are overseen by a committee which includes plant bakers, biscuit manufacturers, representatives from small bakeries and the chair of the Flour Milling Industry Research Trust.
